The Questions

Who wants ‘Peace of mind on the move’?  In the field of global mobility arguably everyone!

How can companies ensure that internationally mobile employees and their families move with ‘Peace of Mind’ especially against a backdrop of widespread disruption?

In a post-pandemic world, geopolitical and socio-economic events are becoming increasingly unpredictable but more frequent or VUCA: Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous (1987, Bennis & Nanus), a term used widely since the 2008 financial crisis.  Understanding how employers must respond to changing employee and family needs is critical.

So, how can the workforce trends from leading industry experts guide us?

These questions are the driving force of this research study.
