Part-Time Contract B2B Sales Representative (20 hours per week)

The Sales Representative position is a part-time remote B2B sales role with the ability to potentially expand. The goal is to generate new client accounts and leads for our relocation, outplacement, HR and executive coaching services to existing and new target prospects.
Partner with marketing to develop effective lead generation strategies; utilizing cold calling, email campaigns and other outreach efforts.
Initiate and maintain contact with key decision-makers with target company prospects.
Collaborate with other internal colleagues as needed to understand our services and value to prospective clients.
5+ years’ experience in professional B2B inside sales and lead generation.
Sales and/or business development experience in HR, human capital or related industry.
Familiarity with CRM sales software.
Consistent pro-active outreach to the appropriate corporate business executives to introduce our services.
Ability to handle a high volume of outbound activity to meet or exceed measurable performance goals and sales targets.
Goal oriented, solution-focused, pro-active and organized.
Flexible and adaptable to working in a remote capacity, experienced with virtual solution selling via video conferencing.
Occasional in-person client visits.
Business to business sales, prospecting and outreach experience with proven success developing new business, converting warm and cold leads
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on client needs
Client relations and sales pipeline life-cycle experience (prospecting to closing)
Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
High energy and passionate about client service and success
The ideal candidate will be a driven, self-starter, skilled in a variety of sales practices and techniques, and able to collaborate with leaders, subject matter experts and marketing teams on strategies that yield optimal results for new business growth.
